Police received a call of an unwanted subject in the Metra station at Windsor and Oak Park Ave. There they found and arrested Daniel Johansen, 23; he was wanted on a DuPage County warrant.

Soon-to-be-ex ordered back to basement to cool off

A 37-year-old Berwyn woman called police to complain that her soon-to-be-ex-husband, age 42, came to her apartment in the 1300 block of East Avenue intoxicated, and was yelling at their kids. An officer spoke with the man, who admitted he did have an agreement with his wife to stay in the basement of the building pending the divorce. He agreed to go back downstairs to sleep, and to speak with the kids at a more reasonable hour.
