March 16, 2oo7, 10:59 PM
Two officers answered a domestic disturbance call in the lobby of an apartment building near 19th and Grove. They argued; she says he hit her in the face. But police saw no signs of injury. Interviews of the other two adults produced a version of the story in which the argument did happen, but the angry mom did the attacking, chasing the man's vehicle with a stick and screaming. The case is closed because nobody could agree on the facts, and the only injuries were to mom's pride and the neighborhood's peace.
