An officer patrolling in the 6800 block of Windsor saw Becky Jo Smith, age 36, of Freeport, ignore the flashing lights and walk around the lowered railroad safety gates to cross onto the tracks at Oak Park Avenue. The officer stopped her and gave her a ticket for railroad safety violation.
