An officer reports observing a very drunk man at Windsor and Grove. The 27-year-old Cicero resident was placed into custody because he could not provide identification and because he "could not exercise due care." Once at the police station, it was determined that he was also wanted on warrants from both Cook and Will counties. He was cited for public intoxication.
