A neighbor complaint about neverending barking brought an officer to the 2800 block of Cuyler. The officer spoke to the dog's owner, a 30-year-old man, who was ticketed. The man said the complaint about the dog barking all day long is part of a lengthy conflict with his neighbor. The officer advised them to try to get along and escalate the problem no further.
