Neighbor complaints of a man honking his car horn repeatedly and yelling some guy's name brought police to the 3600 block of Kenilworth. The officer spoke to the driver, 29-year-old Ramon Flores of Chicago, who justified the honking and yelling by saying he was there to pick up his nephew. Asked to show license and insurance, Flores said he didn't have his license with him because he just moved here from Florida. Actually, he had surrendered his Illinois license in Florida, and now has no driver's license at all. The noises ended with his arrest.
