Lemont resident Todd A Severin, age 34, reported he was at JJ's Take 5 tavern, 6330 W. 16th, when he noticed his coat -- containing wallet and keys to his 1997 Buick Park Avenue -- was missing. When he went out to his car, it was gone too. Later, the man reported he had forgotten he had actually lent the car to a friend.
