An officer responded to a report of a drunken man in camouflage refusing to leave a store in the 7100 block of Cermak. The man, homeless 26-year-old Carlos Martinez, was cited for disorderly public intoxication and was also found to be holding .5 grams of marijuana in a black plastic film canister.
