Man falls asleep with TV, radio blasting

Police answered a complaint of loud music in the 1900 block of Clarence. The offender, a 22-year-old man, said he had fallen asleep with the radio and TV still on. Police pointed out that they had been obliged to come see him about loud noise on two prior occasions, and wrote him a ticket for use of premises to disturb the peace.
