Police get tip on graffiti vandal identity

An anonymous tipster gave police the name of a 22-year-old man living near 38th and Gunderson who belongs to a gang responsible for lots and lots of recent graffiti vandalism. The guys likes to paint his nickname on things, but perhaps not for much longer.
