A red sedan was blocking the hydrant in the 1200 block of Wenonah until police ticketed and towed the offending vehicle.

Police tried twice to reach the owner of a 1998 Ford van parked in front of a hydrant in the 1800 block of Oak Park Avenue, then ticketed and towed it.
