Thief gets head start as car is thoughtfully left running

A Cicero man reported he ran into the Citgo at 13th and Harlem to buy some things, and left the keys in his 1998 Ford Windstar with the van running. A man in a black hoody got into the van and drove away southbound on Harlem.
