Burglar ransacks room, removes electronics

A Nebraska man staying with a friend in the 1900 block of Scoville reported returning to their apartment at 9 PM and finding the back door open, his roommate's room ransacked and his own digital camera and laptop computer missing. Suspicion rests on recently evicted tenants from another floor of the building who may have retained their keys to the front and back doors.

Burglar gets away with power tools and more

A 44 year old Berwyn man living in the 3100 block of Wenonah reported to police that a burglar had entered his garage and stolen a snowblower, a Craftsman power washer, a wrench set, two nail guns, a socket set, a drill, a sander and a lot of hand towels.
