A tan 1997 Plymouth Voyager with no brake lights passed an officer in the 2600 block of Ridgeland and was stopped in an alley in the 6200 block of 26th. The driver, a 46-year-old Berwyn woman, was cited for having no brake lights, no proof of insurance, suspended registration(it failed emissions testing) and a suspended driver’s license.
