An officer on patrol observed a black '93 Voyager minivan blow the stopsign at Wenonah and 31st. When pulled over, the driver, a Berwyn girl from the 3800 block of Grove, admitted to being only 15 years old and thus unlicensed. She was arrested and the minivan towed. The teen was ticketed for disobeying a stop sign, failure to signal a turn, no license and no insurance.
