A 47-year-old man told police he came home to the 3100 block of Wisconsin and saw a small black SUV parked in front of his house with two men in it. As the resident unloaded things from his parked car, the two confronted him. They said they were repo men and gave a name; the man said he knew no such person and asked that they leave. The driver -- a tall white man with a blond crew cut--then produced a collapsible-type baton; the passenger --a white man with brown hair -- pulled out a switchblade and a black handgun. The resident said he was calling police and furthermore had memorized their plates. This startled the men, who got back in their vehicle and fled southbound. The resident said he could identify them if they are caught.
