A pitbull was reported running loose near 16th and Maple. An officer saw and caught the brown and white pitbull, which was running in the 7100 block alley on the south side of 16th Street with no collar or tags. The owner, a 32-year-old woman living in the 1600 block of Maple, was ticketed for allowing the dog to be loose and for its lack of tags and license.
