A peaceful Sunday morning until they showed up

Yelling and screaming from a second floor apartment in the 3300 block of Home brought police. The responding officers told two Bellwood men, ages 25 and 28, to go away for at least 12 hours or be arrested for disorderly conduct. But neither man could wait that long; they returned before 8 AM and were arrested.
