Stop sign scofflaw nets four citations

A stop sign at 24th and Ridgeland did not stop a 52-year-old woman from Berwyn. She was cited for 1) failure to stop; 2) driving on a suspended license; 3) failure to tell the Secretary of State she had a new address, and 4) not wearing a seatbelt. Oh, and her car was towed.
