Persistent disorderliness

Two squads responded to a disturbance at 3137 Oak Park Avenue. The building manager had asked a 53 year old man to vacate the apartment he had been sharing with his brother (the tenant) for being "loud and obnoxious". At the time of the original request, the man had acquiesced. But at about 3:30 he changed his mind and returned, uttering racial and other slurs in the lobby and making threatening remarks. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
