Gangbangers threaten each other

An officer was sent to the 3200 block of Clarence because the residents said they had been threatened via telephone. A dispute between two rival gangs seemed to be the problem. The complainants, an 18-year-old woman and her 21 year-old boyfriend, both admitted to being gang members and police registered them in the LEADS system as such.
