Even kids in Driver’s Ed know you can’t pass on the right

An officer saw a blue 2002 Dodge Stratus passing cars on the right in the 2100 block of Ridgeland approaching Cermak. The driver, a 29-year-old Cicero man, had no valid license, and was arrested.
