Officers looking for the Olds Cutlass described in the "shots fired" incident stopped a Cutlass driven by an Hispanic male as part of the search. The man turned out to be 38-year-old Cicero resident driving on a revoked license who was arrested and handcuffed because of it; his record showed several past DUI convictions and repeated instances of driving with a revoked license -- a felony. The prisoner said he was driving his 14-year-old son to a friend's house, even though he knew perfectly well his license had been taken away. He also stated he had intended to drive to go pick up some pizza. Citations included the felony; having no insurance; and having no left outside mirror.
