A call about a loiterer sent police to Cermak and Oak Park Avenue. They found 43-year-old Charles Coleman, of Chicago, walking in traffic asking drivers for cash so he could "buy a burger at Burger King." He was issued a loitering ticket and advised to go away, which he did.
