A patrol officer saw a man in the alley of the 1800 block of Ridgeland/Cuyler peeing in plain view. The 27-year-old man lives in the 2300 block of Cuyler. Ask why he did it, he said "I didn’t think anyone was around," which was clearly not the case. He was ticketed for disorderly conduct of the public urination variety.
