An officer saw a beige Buick LeSabre traveling south on Harlem without its headlights on, and stopped the car at 21st and Harlem. The driver, a 24-year-old man living in the 2100 block of Grove, was driving on a suspended license. He was arrested for that and the driving-in-the-dark-with-no-lights thing; the car was towed.
