An officer patrolling in the 6700 block of Cermak after midnight saw and heard a black 1994 Nissan Altima with temporary plates. Excessively loud music emanated from within, heard beyond 75 feet away from the car. After being stopped, the driver, a 21-year-old man from Berwyn, could show no license and no proof of insurance. The Nissan was towed and the man was arrested and cited for driving without a valid license, for having no insurance and of course for blasting his stereo in violation of Berwyn's local noise ordinance.
