An officer stopped a gray 2007 Ford Focus at 3800 S. Harlem for violating Berwyn's noise ordinance. The driver, 22-year-old Christopher Cuthrell of Homewood, had illegally tinted windows and said he did not have a driver's license with him. Cuthrell was arrested and the car impounded for being too loud.
