An officer heard a 2002 blue Buick so loud it made his undercover car shake. The 20-year-old Chicago man driving was stopped for the noise offense. When the officer asked him why he wasn't wearing his seatbelt as the law requires, the driver answered "I don't like to wear it." The car was taken away; in it lay an open can of Bud Light, still cold and fizzy. The trunk, of course, held a powered-up amp/subwoofer copcar vibrating device.
