A patrol officer noticed an extremely long line of people and many cars by Inclusive nightclub, 6317 Roosevelt, and he guessed they might just be overcrowded inside. Police and fire personnel entered the place and found more than 150 revelers in one room, 200-plus in the next. The manager got a ticket for stuffing the building too full for fire safety.
