An officer saw a green 1998 Honda Accord on Ogden near Oak Park Avenue driving with a single headlamp. The driver said he did not know why he was pulled over, then stated he knew his driver's license was suspended, but wanted to drive to work. He was cited for the suspended license, no insurance and the single headlight.
