A Forest Park girl, age 17, climbed the fence of the locked skate park at 1500 S. Maple, falling and hurting herself once inside. She called her mom. An officer came to cut the chain locking the gate. Paramedics treated the girl's right ankle; she admitted knowing the park was closed and that she should not have been there. She then claimed to have come to the park with younger children, who left, taking the skateboard away with them, before police arrived. She was cited for disorderly conduct
