An officer saw a black Jeep with a shattered rear window parked in a driveway in the 1500 block of Oak Park Avenue. This discovery led to a string of similar ones; more vehicles were found with shattered windows in the 1300, 1400, 1800, 1900, 2100, 2600 and 2700 block of Oak Park Avenue, and in the 2400 block of Wesley
