Police heard really loud music coming from a 1998 Buick 4-door as it traveled north in the 2500 block of East Avenue. When the officer walked toward the car he had just stopped, he could see the driver, 22-year-old Sergio Nunez of Cicero, reach to turn down the volume. Nunez was driving without a valid license, for which he got a ticket; next, his car was impounded pending payment of the $500 noise ordinance violation fine.
