A man and his 13-year-old daughter came to Berwyn police to report that a man had tried to grab the child the previous day. The girl was walking home, westbound on 23rd at Oak Park Avenue at about 5:45 PM, when a man approached her from behind, grabbed her arm and touched her buttocks. He then fled on foot; the girl says she could provide information for a composite sketch. The man is described as Hispanic, about 23, 5'9", 140 lb, short black hair, wearing blue jeans and a red Puma brand sweater.
