Did you know alleys are for homeowners to use to access their garages, not for people who just want to zoom around with their vehicles? It's true! So, numerous calls complaining of a guy on a motorcycle riding up and down an alley in the 3600 block of Euclid brought police to the scene. They found a man riding a yellow three-wheeled all-terrain vehicle up and down the alley. Officers stopped him; he said his driver's license was suspended and he lacked insurance. He got tickets for the above, for having no valid registration of the ATV, and for improper use of an alley.
