Stop signs: they mean "you're supposed to stop"

An officer saw a white van disobey a traffic sign at 13th and Euclid, and stopped the driver, a 33 year old woman residing in the 1300 block of Oak Park Avenue. The van was towed and the driver was cited for lacking insurance and a driver's license, as well as not wearing a seatbelt, having a cracked windshield and disobeying a stop sign.
