The manager of Lalo's restaurant, 3011 S. Harlem, told police a man and a woman in the restaurant were arguing and the man was pushing the woman around. Officers arrived to find a 28-year-old Cicero man, who appeared to have been drinking, arguing with a woman over the unpaid bill at the restaurant. In response to repeated requests to pay the bill and leave Lalo's, the man yelled, screamed and alarmed the other patrons. When told he was under arrest, the man refused to be handcuffed, shoving and kicking both officers, hiding his hands in his pockets and yelling "F--- you guys!" He was ultimately arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the lockup.
